Meet the Team at Poetically Featured Properties 

TASHA AXMAKER - FOUNDER AND CREATIVE DIRECTOR 

Tasha Axmaker is the Founder and Creative Director of Poetically Featured Properties. 

Tasha ​enjoys creating cohesive designs from the outside in. When staging, her philosophy is an analytical one. She takes into consideration the most probable buyer demographic, price point of the home and architectural style when creating the final look. She focuses on accentuating each home's best attributes. Her #1 goal is to get homes sold quickly and for top $$$!

When designing for home owners, she enjoys educating her clients on different style trends and types though finds it important to create a timeless design.  She has found that most people like multiple design types. She makes it her duty to create a harmonious blend of her client’s favorite styles as well as the homes original architectural style.

When designing new construction properties, she enjoys creating design specific homes. Some of her favorite styles are Mid Century Modern, Modern Farm House, Industrial, Modern Victorian, Hollywood Glam, Vintage, Bohemian and Craftsman.

Polina Prokoshina – Marketing and Administrative Assistant

Polina is PFP’s in house operations team member. She helps with marketing and administrative duties. She is in training to become a stager. Polina’s background is in the coffee industry, she worked her way from an entry level position to the top of the business in her short 5+ years with the company. She worked directly with vendors, clients, and roasters, from all over the world. Working in this field gave her a deep appreciation for people and building relationships. Polina is a diligent, professional, and extremely detail oriented person. She goes above and beyond to deliver satisfaction. Her love for interior design developed from a young age. She is excited to now be a part of the industry and growing in this field she considers her passion.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, cooking, traveling and the outdoors.

SYDNEY FRONEK - HOME STAGER AND INTERIOR DESIGNER

Sydney is an award winning, dedicated, talented, and hard-working team member of PFP’s. She has been with the company since 2016. She is a graduate of Bellevue College with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and is also a licensed Real Estate broker. She has a passion for residential design; mid century modern, contemporary, industrial, and modern farmhouse are some of her favorite styles. She loves the challenges home staging presents and enjoys piecing together the overall design. She likes to bring the outdoors in with earthy colors and plants.

In her spare time she loves oil painting, snowboarding/skiing, paddle boarding and anything that includes the outdoors.

MATT GURKIN – STAGING ASSISTANT

Matt is a natural leader, reliable, and takes pride in his work. He gets joy out of doing a good job and completing a task correctly. He has been in the industry since 2016, he started with PFP June of 2019. He is a student at Bellevue College and we love having him on the team. He quickly worked his way up to lead assistant stager and we couldn’t be happier to have him.

TOBIAS FREDERICK– STAGING ASSISTANT

Toby has been an assistant stager since 2016, he came to us with Matt from another staging company in June of 2019. He is currently in college majoring in sociology. He thinks ahead, has a keen intuition, is a good driver and is a great team player. He is always willing to step in and do anything that is needed. Some of his interests include hiking, scuba diving, reading, working on cars and playing the guitar.
