Tasha Axmaker is the Founder and Creative Director of Poetically Featured Properties.
Tasha enjoys creating cohesive designs from the outside in. When staging, her philosophy is an analytical one. She takes into consideration the most probable buyer demographic, price point of the home and architectural style when creating the final look. She focuses on accentuating each home's best attributes. Her #1 goal is to get homes sold quickly and for top $$$!
When designing for home owners, she enjoys educating her clients on different style trends and types though finds it important to create a timeless design. She has found that most people like multiple design types. She makes it her duty to create a harmonious blend of her client’s favorite styles as well as the homes original architectural style.
When designing new construction properties, she enjoys creating design specific homes. Some of her favorite styles are Mid Century Modern, Modern Farm House, Industrial, Modern Victorian, Hollywood Glam, Vintage, Bohemian and Craftsman.
Catalina is a University of Washington graduate with a degree in Interdisciplinary Visual Arts, where she immersed herself in diverse mediums—from the tactile intricacy of printmaking to the sculptural elegance of ceramics—unearthing the profound beauty in art-making.
Her journey into the professional world began as an art assistant, where she skillfully managed social media and supported art projects, sparking her passion for design. In March 2021, she transitioned into staging, a role that allowed her to refine her design instincts and bring her artistic vision to life in tangible, impactful ways.
Catalina’s talent lies in her unparalleled ability to accessorize, with a keen eye for detail and a masterful grasp of multi-dimensional composition. She views each project as an opportunity to elevate spaces, seamlessly blending creativity and functionality. Her dedication and artistry shine through in every collaboration, making her an invaluable asset to our design team.
Sydney is an award winning, dedicated, talented, and hard-working team member of PFP’s. She has been with the company since 2016. She is a graduate of Bellevue College with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and is also a licensed Real Estate broker. She has a passion for residential design; mid century modern, contemporary, industrial, and modern farmhouse are some of her favorite styles. She loves the challenges home staging presents and enjoys piecing together the overall design. She likes to bring the outdoors in with earthy colors and plants.
In her spare time she loves oil painting, snowboarding/skiing, paddle boarding and anything that includes the outdoors.
Mana is PFP’s in-house operations team member. She helps with previewing, estimates, marketing and administrative duties. Mana is a diligent professional and extremely detail oriented person. She goes above and beyond to deliver satisfaction. Her love for interior design developed from a young age. She is excited to now be a part of the industry and growing in this field she considers her passion.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, cooking, traveling, eating, drinking, exercising, and the outdoors.
