Meet the Face Behind Poetically Featured Properties - Tasha Axmaker.jpg

I’m Tasha Axmaker, proud owner of Poetically Featured Properties.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I’ve sold real estate for fourteen years now but it is staging and interior design that is my one true passion in life. It is the one thing that has brought tears to my eyes immediately because of the beauty I see in it.

You could say that business today is much more professional compared to when I first started. The designs we provide have evolved immensely since I first started as a rookie. Our systems are also much more streamlined.

My favorite part about the business is the fact that I get to manage projects that I am passionate about, I get to provide my team with projects they are passionate about and live for, and our clients love the product we offer them. This combination makes me very happy and is what defines the success of the business.

My business philosophy coincides with the philosophy, “Do what you love, and you’ll never work a day in your life.” Our clients are typically happy because I love what I do, I love my team, and I love providing a quality product. When you have satisfied clients, you have a healthy company.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is creating a positive work environment, dependability, delivering a quality product and timely communication and job execution. And what really gets me excited is when we get to see the professional photos of our completed projects. The more ‘designer-esque’, the more satisfying for me.

When I am not at work, I love to travel, dance, do yoga, rollerblade, bike, sunbathe, and spend time with friends and family.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.

If you or someone you know could benefit from our expertise in home staging and interior design across Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, Redmond, Renton, Burien, Des Moines, Tacoma, Bothell, Lynnwood, and Everett, Washington, I invite you to get in touch.
