About Poetically Featured Properties
PFP is one of Seattle’s leading home staging and interior design service providers. Over the past six years, we have helped connect many satisfied houses and humans with our individualized home staging and interior design creations. With a team of two designers, three staging assistants, and an administrative associate, we offer our quality and custom services to real estate brokers, home sellers, homeowners, builders, flippers, investors, renters, and alike.
When staging, our primary goal is to get homes sold quickly and for top dollar. To do so, we carefully select our inventory to create an out-of-the-box visual story. We showcase each house as the unique and special property it is.
When designing for homeowners, we enjoy educating our clients on different style trends and types and find it important to create a timeless design. We have found that most people like multiple design types, so we make it our duty to create a harmonious blend of our client’s favorite styles as well as the home's original architectural style.
When designing new construction properties, we enjoy creating design specific homes. Some of our favorite styles are Mid Century Modern, Modern Farm House, Industrial, Modern Victorian, Hollywood Glam, Vintage, Bohemian, and Craftsman.
To ensure we deliver the best home staging and interior design services, we annually put time into our systems and invest into bettering our inventory. We update our systems by implementing the latest technology and restructuring our workflow for optimal efficiency and professionalism to ensure our clients are proud to have us represent them. We are a local Seattle native company with two convenient locations, one in SODO and one in West Seattle.

Our owner has been in the Real Estate industry for over 15 years, so we have
firsthand insight into the mind of a home buyer. While working on homes we stage, we take into consideration the most probable buyer demographic, price point of the home, and architectural style when creating our look. We focus on accentuating each home’s best attributes and create customized designs for each home. Because we design with care for our broker clients, the home, and its owner, our work has become a benchmark and has earned us a reputation for being trusted to perform as expected and desired. It has also earned us a ‘Staging and Design Network - Top 20 Most Valued Partners’ tag and multiple 5-star reviews across the web.
While our business has come a long way since it started, our dream is to have our own land and warehouse in Seattle, we are in the process of getting there. As we grow, we also find it essential to give back and support the underprivileged. We donate to Youth Care; it’s an organization that offers housing and care to local homeless youth. We also make an effort to hire and support the artist community, and as a result, all of our staging assistants are also musicians, and our designers and admin associate are also creative individuals and into the arts!
