The real estate market is starting to pick up after the recent COVID-19 slowdown and there is plenty of pent-up buyer demand. However, inventory remains low and available listings are moving quickly, just as they did pre-pandemic. With sellers clearly having the advantage, it begs the question, do things like staging really make a difference?
